The Checkers’ annual Select-a-Seat event will then take place from 1-4 p.m. Fans are invited to walk around the stands and choose their seats for all ticket packages for the 2013-14 season. The Checkers’ helpful ticketing staff will be on hand to conduct tours of the arena and find a ticketing package that works for all families and budgets.
Saturday will also be the first opportunity to see new Checkers gear and upgrades inside Time Warner Cable Arena.

Food items donated at the “Meet the Team” event will be collected and delivered to Second Harvest Food Bank as part of the Checkers’ annual 15 Days of Giving program, presented by Lowe’s.
