The Checkers will wear pink accented jerseys, which will be up for auction live after the game to benefit Carolina Breast Friends, Novant Health Buddy Kemp Cancer Support Center, Cindy's Hope Chest and Go Jen Go. The first 2,500 fans will receive a pink water bottle, courtesy of Novant Health. Drex, Maney and Cassiday from Kiss 95.1’s Drex & Maney Mornings will once again help emcee the event and honor breast cancer survivors throughout the evening.
Additionally, the Novant Health mobile breast center will be parked at Time Warner Cable Arena (across from the 5th St. box office) from noon until game time. Women 40 and older with proof of insurance can either walk in at their convenience or call 704-384-7226 to schedule their appointment.
This game will sell out on or prior to event day so be sure to get your tickets now.
