Marshall, who joined the Checkers as fan services coordinator in the fall of 2014, is responsible for communicating and responding to requests from season ticket and partial plan holders through phone, email, and face-to-face meetings. While in college, she interned for the Carolina Hurricanes for two years in promotions and fan development by helping deliver a great game-night experience.
Originally from Seattle, WA, Marshall graduated with a degree in sport management from North Carolina State University while earning minors in business and sociology. While at NC State, she was an active member of her sorority, Chi Omega, and various on-campus activities. Marshall grew up attending junior hockey games in the WHL and spending Saturdays watching Hockey Night in Canada. |Random fact about yourself||During my sophomore year of college during one of my internships I got to be the Hardee’s Star at an NC State football game. I ran out onto the field during a promotion in the 2nd quarter in front of one of the largest crowds in NC State history. Luckily I didn’t fall, even though I felt like it could happen at any step. A lot of my friends still bring that up and refer to me as the Hardee’s Star.|

|Favorite Checkers memory||Last season we were playing Iowa on a Saturday Night. Going into the third period, we were down 4-1. I was sitting on what became my lucky stair in section 110. The Checkers proceeded to score 6 goals that period and it was just wild sitting there and celebrating with a bunch of my season ticket holders. I wasn’t allowed to leave until we took the lead. Do whatever works, right?|
