The Checkers announced today that ESPN 730 will be the team’s flagship radio and online station for 2012-13.
All regular season and playoff games will be available at www.ESPN730.com through the “listen live” stream and through the TuneIn Radio app for smartphones and tablets. All broadcasts will include a 15-minute pre-game show prior to puck drop with Jason Shaya, director of broadcasting and voice of the Checkers. Additionally, more than 40 games will be broadcast on the radio (AM 730).
ESPN 730 is the proud home of the Checkers, Charlotte 49ers, Atlanta Braves, Appalachian State University, Clemson University and NASCAR, as well as national and local sports talk, including Mike and Mike in the Morning and The Herd. |
