Professional Bull Riders Built Ford Tough Series rider and Mooresville, N.C. resident J.B. Mauney will make a special appearance at Thursday’s Checkers game when the team hosts the Grand Rapids Griffins.
Mauney, who ranks eighth all time on the PBR earnings list, will sign autographs on the main concourse during the first intermission and take part in the game-night entertainment.
Thursday’s game will also feature $1 beers and $5 off admission to anyone who shows their Harris Teeter VIC Card. Tickets are available at www.ticketmaster.com or the Time Warner Cable Arena box office.
The Professional Bull Riders Built Ford Tough Series Winston-Salem Invitational will take place Friday, Jan. 18 (8 p.m.), and Saturday, Jan. 19 (8 p.m.), at the LJVM Coliseum in Winston-Salem, N.C. Tickets are available at www.pbr.com.
