We need your help picking the last member of the 2012-13 CheckMates squad!
Due to the overwhelming competitiveness and close results at this year's finals, the team is holding a "Fans' Choice" vote to choose one additional CheckMate to round out the 17-person team.

Schools Attended: York Tech, UNCC.
Dance/Skate Experience: Sullivan dance 10 years, cheerleading in high school, two years Cheer South Outrageous Competition Team, UCA Instructor, middle school coach for two years.
Interests and hobbies: Reading, traveling, tumbling, working out.
Why be a CheckMate? I have a passion for cheerleading and dancing and feel that being a CheckMate is a perfect fit. I'm a team player that stays motivated and love getting the crowd involved.

Dance/Skate Experience: Competitive figure skating at Ice House, competitive dance at Miller Street.
Interests and hobbies: Painting, reading, working out.
Why be a CheckMate? I love dance, ice skating, hockey, and I love Charlotte! I could bring excitement and a positive attitude to the team.

Dance/Skate Experience: High School cheer, CFCC cheer.
Interests and hobbies: Taking care of my toy poodle. walks/dog parks, yoga, running, reading non-fiction.
Why be a CheckMate? I would like to be able to be a part of the local community and give back in a positive way. I enjoy dance and cheer and I have had a passion for the sport from a young age. Positivity and charisma would be my contribution each day.
