Checkers players Nicolas Blanchard, Zach Boychuk, Zac Dalpe and Michal Jordan skated with Speedway Children’s Charities grant recipients and fans Tuesday at the Coca-Cola Family Ice Rink at zMAX Dragway.
The Coca-Cola Family Ice Rink, operated by Extreme Ice Center, is a 5,100-square-foot rink located in the zMAX Dragway pavilion, near the entrance to the Speedway Christmas light show. The rink is open Monday-Friday from 4-10 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. - 10 p.m. through Jan. 21. From Dec. 17-Jan. 1, the rink will be open daily from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. and closed on Christmas Day. For more information, please visit www.charlottemotorspeedway.com.
