Your Charlotte Checkers are celebrating their new affiliation with the Carolina Hurricanes by throwing a party in conjunction with this year’s NHL Draft.

In addition to satisfying your thirst for hockey during the long, hot off-season, the party includes great raffle prizes, food and drink specials, interactive games and special Checkers announcements including the unveiling of the team’s new jerseys. The Checkers will also announce the date for opening night and unveil the third jersey design.

The “Draught for the Draft” party will take place Friday, June 25th at 6 p.m. at Buffalo Wild Wings next to the Hall of Fame Uptown.
