Favorite team growing up was the Colorado Avalanche and favorite player was Peter Forsberg … A current fan of the NFL's Denver Broncos ... A fan of the TV show Breaking Bad and the movie Avatar ... Favorite food is fettuccini ... Enjoys hip hop music and artist Kendrick Lamar ... His favorite thing to do away from the rink is play video games … Spent part of his summer helping out at Minnesota Hockey Camps.

2014-15

Completed his second pro season and second split between Charlotte and the ECHL (Florida and Stockton) … Played a career-high 15 games at the AHL level … Ranked third among Stockton defensemen in goals (five) …  Began his season in Charlotte, serving as a healthy extra for three games before being joining Florida on 10/14 … Played three games for Florida, recording one assist, before the Hurricanes assigned him to Stockton … Scored his first ECHL goal of the season vs. UTA (11/7) … Recalled by Charlotte on 12/31 after posting nine points (3g, 6a) in his first 26 games with Stockton and made his AHL season debut that same night … Reassigned to Stockton on 1/16 after going scoreless in four games with Charlotte … Recalled by Charlotte on 3/22 and appeared in each of the Checkers’ next 10 games ...
