Acquired by Carolina from Philadelphia on waivers on Nov. 29, 2011 ... Has represented Austria in a number of international competitions including the 2004 U20 World Junior Championship and the 2009 IIHF World Championship.
2011-12
Completed his fourth NHL season and first with the Hurricanes
