Kevin Wagner
Director of Ticket Sales
Wagner joined the Checkers as senior account executive in May 2011 and assumed the role of director of ticket sales in April of 2012. His main responsibility is to sell season tickets and mini plans, while he is also responsible for generating awareness and interest in Checkers hockey with a focus on selling and renewing individuals and businesses.
Prior to joining the Checkers, Wagner was a group sales representative with the Harlem Globetrotters based in Phoenix, AZ. While with the Globetrotters, Wagner was responsible for group sales in over 40 markets during the 2010-2011 domestic tour.
Originally from Ashland, VA, Wagner is a 2009 graduate of Randolph-Macon College, where he played on the football team. After graduating from R-MC, Wagner received his master’s in sports leadership from Virginia Commonwealth University. Wagner currently resides in Charlotte.
