As director of corporate services Fender is responsible for the execution of partnership elements and ensuring that corporate partners receive complete fulfillment of their contracts. Prior to joining the team as corporate services manager in 2011, she served as intern with both the Checkers and the Charlotte Regional Sports Commission.

Fender graduated from Lynchburg College in May of 2011 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in communications studies and a minor in business. In addition to her studies, Fender also ran indoor track, outdoor track and cross country. A native of Fork Union, VA, Fender currently resides in Charlotte.
