We are also allowing walk-in customers to place take-out orders. The Governor’s order allows us to let patrons sit on the patio. Orders must be placed for carry out at the counter, including packaged beer and wine. There will be no table service and limited seating. We will adhere very strictly to all rules and regulations pertaining to the “safe distance” mandates with our patio tables, and we will not allow standing or congregating to wait for these tables.
We are permitted to sell sealed BEER and WINE as to go orders. When you are planning your weekly meals, please consider Ed's Tavern as an option. We are working on an electronic order system and will post notice once we get it up and running. We are also working on getting a delivery system in place. For the duration of the Governor’s ordered closure, 100% of the revenue from every ED’S TAVERN GIFT CARD purchased will go to our Employee Assistance Fund to help them in paying their necessary bills.

Anyone can become a sponsor and join the support by going online and ordering any number of pretzels as a sponsor. Orders can be placed online Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday by 4pm EDT and then we will work with Healthcare Partners and First Responders to determine a delivery time on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Philly Pretzel Factory will waive the delivery fee as part of our support to these important community members during such a difficult time. Each sponsor will be recognized with a custom made tag on the box when the delivery is made. We will even build a "Wall of Sponsorship" in the store to share through social media outlets in order to recognize how much support we have in the CLT community!

You can also call ahead or go online to place a pick-up order and we'll have it ready for you when you arrive with minimal contact with our teams.
Also, with the help of our delivery partner DoorDash, we’re changing our default delivery method to a no-contact option to minimize contact between delivery drivers and guests like you. With this update, “Leave it at my door” will be the default drop-off option, and you'll have the choice to select “Hand it to me” if you prefer. We've also advised our delivery partners that they may initiate a no-contact delivery at any time by reaching out to you with a call or text message to confirm.
