Lynch joined the Checkers in 2004 as a ticket account manager. In December 2005, he took on the role of director of ticket services, and in December 2006 he was named the vice president of ticket sales before assuming his current role as senior vice president in 2011.
He is responsible for ensuring that season ticket holders have an unmatched experience through selling and servicing accounts in the arena as well as during the offseason. He also serves as the team’s fundraising liaison for non-profit organizations and sells groups and partial season tickets plans.
Lynch, who started with the Checkers serving an internship in game-day operations, resides in Charlotte.

|Favorite Checkers memory||Our Draught for the Draft event prior to the 2010-11 season. We introduced our secondary logo and new jerseys for the first time as an AHL franchise. It was the start to my most memorable season as a Checkers staff member which included some great playoff wins on our way to the Eastern Conference finals.|
