All fans who raise money for the cause and/or agree to have Sport Clips staff shave their head inside of Time Warner Cable Arena from 3-5 p.m. on Saturday, April 11, will receive two free tickets to that night’s game against the Rockford IceHogs courtesy of Sport Clips. Fans can join the effort and donate to the cause right now at the Checkers’ St. Baldrick’s page.The St. Baldrick's Foundation is a volunteer-driven charity that funds more in childhood cancer research grants than any organization except the U.S. government. Last season, the Checkers’ players, staff and fans raised more than $91,000 for the foundation.
